Ms. Kamran is a criminal defense attorney who has been in private practice since 1992. Ms. Kamran served as a certified law clerk for 2 years at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office prior to passing the Bar, where she worked in the Major Narcotics & Forfeitures Unit, Night Court Unit, and Mental Health Department. She has tried cases on the State and Federal level from petty misdemeanors to federal Money Laundering cases. Her practice includes the defense of gang-related offenses, as well as white collar cases. She has her own radio program dealing with Crimes and Punishment. She is a legal commentator for other Radio and TV programs. She is a frequent lecturer at various non-profit organizations. She is the recipient of several Certificates of Recognition from the State of California, City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles, City of Beverly Hills, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. She is a Member of the NACDL, CACJ, CPDA, & TPD. She is one of the past presidents of the Iranian American Lawyers Association, and a present board member of The Private Defenders. |
